If a fetus has the right to life, where is it's right to drink and smoke after it's born?

What the hell? So if i want to live by going around and smashing people's car windshields, i should be able to do this because i just feel like it? And so you know, every person does have the right to drink and smoke after they are born. They would get in trouble if they broke the law, just if you were to do something else criminal. There must be maturity for some things. Yeah, the drinking age is too high, but people have to be able to understand all the risks of their actions before they can make an educated choice. When they are legally old enough to make this choice, then they should do so. Next, youll be saying that a 25 year old can have sex with a 12 year old because whats the point of living by someone else's rules?
