Is this guy playing me? Im just so confused "/ please help!?

So me and this guy have had a thing for eachother for about a year now. I met him as a freshman in high school and he was a junior. Now, its the summer of my junior year and he just graduated. We were "talking" for a couple of months during this past school year (10th grade for me) but we never dated because my parents said no and since he's 18 and I was only 15 at the time, we decided not to for legal reasons. We "talked" on and off a couple times this past year but we never really could go farther. I had a boyfriend (different guy) during one of our "off times" and he liked a couple of other girls. At one point just before I dated the other guy, me and the first guy got in a huge fight and didn't talk for a while. After me and my boyfriend dated for about 1 1/2 months I broke up with him because I had veryyy strong feelings for the first guy still. Anyways, the guy started falling for my best friend (who is beautiful btw) and he was in love with her (real thing with him, he's not the kinda guy to love anyone) but she didn't want to hurt me and he was also about to graduate an go into the military. Just after school ended, me and the guy started talking again and we told eachother everything and that we loved eachother. (it was genuine from each of us, I could tell he meant it) He had already moved states away though so it was kinda pointless. We've been talking a lot through texting and Facebook and he told me that he could see us together after I graduate (2years) and maybe even marrying me. He brought up marrying me a lot in conversation too. I honestly have never felt this way about any other guy. Recently though, he hasn't really been talking to me a lot. And when we do talk, it's always really short. I didn't text him for a day (I usually texted him first and he seemed happy to talk to me but it seems different for the past couple, 3-4 days). I'm just confused and I don't know what to do.
