If abortion is criminalize, doesn't that take away the meaning of "Land of the free"?

After all the women is restricted from her own body and last I thought fetuses are alive until they are born. Fetuses are not human until they exit the womb, the abortion argument is very foolish. Until pro-lifers equalize the group of tissues called a fetus and a molecules called sperm cells then there is nothing really to talk about is there?
