Question about staunch Pro-Lifers?

I am newly pregnant and was looking up all the options regarding abortion, adoption, and parenting. Anytime I legitimately looked into information about abortion, Google comes up with pro-life websites with names like "prolifechristian.org" showing pictures of dead fetuses and saying how terrible a woman is for having an abortion and destroying this baby. My question is, why do these people care so much for the life of the baby, YET are totally OK with plastering its dead, bloody, withered, lifeless body all over the internet to be used as a tool for their cause? I find this disgusting and have no idea how a true "christian" could use a dead baby's picture in such fashion.
